Privacy policy

What we store

• Your account: name, work email, mobile (optional), an encrypted password and your language preference.
• Your company: name, logo, tax registration number and address if you enter them, and team members.
• The payroll data you choose to save: the employee list (code, name, salary components) and calculated payroll runs.
• Your plan and the payment references you submit, and contact messages.

How we protect it

Each company's data is isolated by database-level access rules and encrypted in transit and at rest. SalaryEG staff do not look at your employees' data except to resolve an issue at your request. The free calculator runs entirely in your browser and sends no figures to us.

Why we use it

To provide the service, calculate payroll and produce payslips, and to manage your plan and support you. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Accounts and the database are hosted with Supabase and the site with Vercel, both holding data on servers outside Egypt under data processing agreements.

Your rights

You can export all your data or delete employees and payroll runs from Settings at any time, and ask for corrections or account deletion at support@salaryeg.com.
