The service

SalaryEG calculates Egyptian salary tax, social insurance contributions, net pay and employer cost from the figures you enter or upload, under the rules stated on the site. The free calculator is open to everyone; the workspace allows payroll runs of up to 5 employees for free, and anything above that needs an active plan. SalaryEG is a product of Hexacom.

Plans and payment

• Plans are annual: Business: EGP 6,999 (first year EGP 3,500); Business Plus: EGP 11,999 (first year EGP 6,000). Prices are in Egyptian pounds and exclude 14% VAT, which is added at checkout.
• The 50% launch discount applies to the first year only; renewals are at the regular price. Nothing is charged automatically; you renew by request.
• A plan starts when we confirm your payment and lasts 12 months. A renewal paid before expiry starts when the current plan ends.
• A plan covers one company, with the number of users and employees stated in it. Do not share your login outside your company.
• Payments are not refundable once the plan has been activated, except where Egyptian consumer protection law requires it.

Accuracy and responsibility

We keep the rules current and test the calculations against real payroll sheets, but results are estimates. You remain responsible for your payroll, your tax and social insurance filings, and for checking figures before paying salaries. Neither SalaryEG nor Hexacom is liable for penalties, underpayments or losses arising from use of the results; total liability is limited to the plan fee you paid in the last 12 months.

Your data

Your employees' data stays yours. You can export or delete it from Settings at any time. Details are in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, overload the service, or upload data you are not entitled to process.
